I know you have been searching gulberg a lot for a plot ,which you got and you wrote good inputs, so lets have your observations on gulberg residencia please.
Will it have the same fate in your thinking?
I sold my plot in gulberg … A considerable amount of land is yet to be acquired there … IBECHS has not acquired it and now villagers are not ready to give up easily … The work on the second bridge has slowed down because of this … There will be hiccups and delays in this project … That is what I think … But I can only guess … No one can tell the future for sure 
… Probably for some one who wants to invest his money for another 3-4 years atleast
