From investment point of view I’ll say that the area near to New Islamabad Airport is currently the most valuable one. Top City , Shalimar Garden, Green city are a few societies here. But you’ll probably have a hard time to search for something in in 10 lac.
Bahria Town is the best option to invest in Islamabad. Bahria Orachard plots are available on installmemts. Vist kashmirestate.com you will a lot of details regarding your investment
In this Budget you can buy an Installment file in Zone 2. Societies like Faisal Town B Block and Faisal Residencia. Both the societies are near Airport.
In 10 lacs, I don't think he will be able to buy any reasonable plot in FR or FT B Block... He has to add few lacs more for good deal...
