I can produce 6 to 7 million with family plus company loan and can afford 1.5 lakh a month combined with family. Please advise from following.
1. What about to get loan from bank up-to 2.25 core and buy and built 400 yards house in scheme 33 and rent out?
2. Which society is better in my range?
3. What about to buy any property up-to 3 million in bahria or in dha?
Plz note that we are living in own house and will be in need of expansion within a year or two. I request everyone for sincere advise.
