Where to buy in DHA Lahore

I am looking to construct my home in 2-3 years.
I have a budget of about 1 crore.
Which is better of the two to go for
Dha 5 m or dha 7 or dha 8 ( s block has least value)

If i buy a dha 7 file, which block i am likely to get plot is that a better alternative?

In the current scenario, phases 6, 7, 8 and 9 are good for both short- and long-term investment.

It is expected that the DHA will hand over possession of plots in phase 9 Shauhda Town in a few months.

Rest ALLAH knows better.

As per my assessment, u can priortize as per following:

DHA Phase-8 (S-Block)

DHA Phase-7 (P, R, S, W blocks) possession is available in these blocks

DHA Phase-5 (M-Block)

Location wise DHA Phase-6 M-block is good. Its possession is given just two years ago thats why number of constructed houses are lesser than other blocks of Phase-6. Its a good investment, I think u can get good plot around 145-lacs.

I have a suggestion for you. Pls check out the location of R-block of Phase-7. It is located right between Phase-6 M & N blocks. It looks like part of Phase-6. Its possession is already announced 5-6 months ago. You can buy good location plot at Main Boulevard in R-block around 140-lacs. Its future would be more bright than Phase-6 M-block.

Dear Irfan , Thanks for your response. I agree with you and already working to find some good location plot in R Block. Today one agent told me that graveyard in this block is very big so its not good option for investment point of view.

What's your opinion in this regard. I have a budget 150-160 lacs. What option will be best to invest in this range?

Dont trust completely on property dealers, they work for their own benefits not for your benefit. Consult with 4-5 different reputable dealers & collect maximum information. Most important, visit that area personally and spend 1-2 hours over there.

There are two main 150-ft roads in R-block & price over there is around 140-lacs which is highest in Phase-7. If ur dealer is correct then why price is highest over there. Main Boulevard plot is always hot item for investment & almost 15-lacs high price than normal plots. U can check it on google map as well. Right now, two houses are under construction in R-block.

If I were at your position, I would have surely gone to R-block main boulevard plot.
