Check farm-house in Chak-Shahzad and Gulberg. Both are easily approachable.

In one million you could not able to find the 5M plot. If its 10 million then still you will not able to get any considerable options. Instead of buying 5 Kanal area, you can consider to buy one kanal land in better locations.
Gulberg Greens checks all boxes. They created one of the best in those bucks (40 to 90 million bracket for 4K to 10K) but being a usual moron made high rise commercials that surround those farm houses...
Privacy gonna give itself a suicide when a guy in his farm house is greeted/monitored by a guy from his 3rd floor apartment or office terrace...
You may consider many options on the proposed RRR project. Go for buying private land and build your farm house it will be economical and yield better future returns.
