DHA valley is good long term investment option.

I think DHA valley is the a decent option where you can get commercial plot in your budget. Location is far away but I think it will give you good return once it will be developed. But try to get one in Bluebell, Tulip or Rose as these are closer to DHA II ext.
Thank you for advise. I have checked on Zameen.com Looks there is no commercial plot available in Bluebell, Tulip and Rose block in my budget. I see some plots advertised on Zameen.com in my budget in Orleander, Boganvilla, Magnolia, and Sunflower block.
Can some one help me in prioritizing between Orleander, Boganvilla, Magnolia, and Sunflower block for buying a 5 marla commercial plot? And roughly how much time DHA Valley will take to develop? Thank you.
My vote is for Magnolia and Sunflower as access of magnolia and sunflower is easy than others
