I am confuse about my decision where to build and which to sell? Although i am not in harry to build my home but wana make my mind about my choice. I have following plots and want to benefit with expert opinion.
1. 30 x 60 in i-12.
2. 35 x 70 in e-12.
3. 50 x 90 in e-16.
Please guide me with my next step i do not mind waiting but with reasons.
E-12 … If you manage to get possession 
Sheikh Sahib i am with you but the problem is CDA does not like resolve the issue of E-12. Else this is the best place to live.
E-12 and I12 require a time frame of at least 3 to 4 years if government start development right now. …you have only one bird in hand which is e-16 where you can get possession and do some thing on ground. …you can consider builting house there and sell in future to build houses at other plots. …

From Current choices you can only go for E 16.
I would also like to recommend you e-16 as this is the best option for you in current scenario. If you need an architect or want construction then I can own help you out as I am from the same business. But decide first that which is your final choice?
