Where Should I Invest?

Aoa, I am interested to buy a plot in Islamabad/Pindi. Could you please suggest me where should I invest my money for a successful possible future investment. There is a lot of talk about Bahria Enclave, DHA Valley, F-15, Park View and E-12 etc.

One can only get confused when compare them.

I need your brotherly advise about where should a guy like me with a range of 25,00,000 to 35,00,000 PKR should invest?

Priority wise from given options up to 3.5 million: Bahria Enclave 5 Marla E-12 2540 F-15 3060 DHA Valley One 3060 and one 2550 Park View ???
