I have got 2 successful files in BTK, after paying the confirmation fee off course.....
I need to know when will be the best time to sell them or do I need to keep them for long as I can pay installments as well.

The best time was before balloting now wait for any unforseen hands or wave to generate something
time to wait. As per a press release, Bahria Town will start granting possession by 2015.
Wait and watch!
Wait til end of 2014 until genuine buyer get filtered through for posession… No thrill in BTK is expected near future

I myself am very keenly observing the ups and downs of BTK.
The market of 5 marla has gone done initialy and there are chances that it will come up after few instalments as for now the chances are very rare so if you have a plot of 5 marla i would suggest to wait till the possession.
Incase of a plot of 10 marla, I perceive that the market is still high for a 10 marla and people are still interested in buying it as the rate still persists, but the best time to sell would be after the first installment..........
