I posted a question about my plot in bahria enclave, whose installments, i m unable to pay.Should i sell it or wait?Or there is any possibility of rise in prices in near future of bahria enclave?
Can you share price of your plot as well as in which sector it is situated and what size it is? Paid amount and remaining amount.

Its in sector C ,corner bolvrd back open, i ve an offer of 175 minus down payment and paid installment…but i was hoping to get two crore plus, its location is beautiful.can i have hope to get such offer in near future?
If it is Kanal Plot and developed, then I will not suggest to sell. Thanks
Yes, it is one kanal, and developed,…but after six months or so, i ll b able to pay installments.can i delay installments?..or the surcharge ll b much more to pay
If it is developed, then don’t sell it if it is good location plot. There is surcharge on delayed payments, but nothing else. The return will be much high that surcharge amount.
Thanx Mr Khan!Actually we have also bought commercial plot in Bahria c block, we were hoping to get good profit out of it, becoming capable of paying all installments. But the prices have become stagnant.i heard , maps have come to b delivered after Coming monday.But i also heard Bahria is going to announce Peshawar bahria this month.It means more delay of 3 to 4 months of price rise in Islamabad. Am I Right?

Actually C Sector Kanal plots are ideally located, so, in my view these are prime plots.
