Tariq Noor, not sure about E block possession but it is expected soon, buy now rather than buying in December, Bahria takes almost a week for the map and possession, the charges are between 220000-250000 for both map and possession. Maintenance fee depend on the location where you are living, plus as Zain said, you must call Bahria Town and get the details.
