What's The Property Outlook At G-15?

I need to know the property outlook and current prices in G-15 specifically in G-15/1 for 40x80 and 30x60 plot sizes.

Kashmir Highway expansion is progressing at a good pace. When this is complete, they will open access to Kashmir Highway from G-16/G-15 side.

Then you there will be a massive price rise, and the gap between G-15 and G-13 will become narrow inshaAllah.

So this is a very good time to buy in G-15/F-15(possession) and G-16.

Possession options in G-15/F-15 and G-16 are quickly getting noticed and i see it has very fine margin to grow further INSHALLAH.

Pk1 & ISBase: For some reason I am double minded on G-16. Sometimes I feel that it has immense potential but the then I feel like it’s not really going to surprise us that much. Maybe because the society management is slow and the quality of work is not that great. Why isn’t everyone crazy about G-16 I wonder…

You will find craze for everything here. Like investor's of Bahria always looks great potential in their avenue of investment. Same craze can be seen for B-17, DHA-2 , Cabinet society, G-13 and so on. Its just the matter of click that you find something great hidden treasure in your avenue of investment.

G-16 is Ministry of interior Cooperative Housing Society whereas G-15 is JKCHS.

G-16 is bit slow as compare to G-15 reason the possession area is G-16/4 and partly from G-16/3 whereas G-15 all sub sectors are with possession, with good commercial markaz and the security placed by JKCHS is also good plus the population factor and ease of ACCESS.

But just consider G-15 what it was 5 years ago same as what G-16 is right now. But after getting populated its offering good future growth.

If someone has the budget to afford G-15 he/she consider this option else G-16/4 is good value of money INSHALLAH.

Brother nobody can forsee the exact future one has to speculate a bit BUT don't over speculate is my advise to everyone.

I hear a lot about poor development and standards of living in G-15. I am oversees and haven't had a chance to visit and see it for myself. But those of you guys who had a chance to see G-15, Can you please let us know for example:

Is G-15 worse than the crappiest sector of CDA e.g. Sector I-10?

Also can somebody explain how Kashmir Highway completion will improve the G-15 access to Zone 1? Will it make a big difference or a small difference in terms of traffic and time savings during rush hours?

I mean how are G-15 residents accessing Zone 1 right now and how much will it improve after Kashmir Highway completion?

JKCHS (G-15/F-15) is not at all dependent on ACCESS now. The ACCESS is already one fine impact on this ugly crappiest sector

You come out of JKCHS take the first U-Turn and you are on Kashmir Highway, less than 2 km travel and you are in Zone-1 Kashmir Highway plus the other basic needs like Good Hospital the nearest is Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital that has standards almost equivalent to Shifa International Hospital in H-8.

You want to go Pindi Saddar no need to fear of long travels even in Night its safe to travel on GT Road and Kashmir Highway.

Guys its the population rise that would be a game changer here. Out of 3500 plots 1500 being constructed means 40% families are already living, the remaining pool of plots are mainly bigger plots of size 75x120 and 60x90 remaining and i already given my comparison between G-15 Vs G-13 kindly go through that.

This is the only Zone-2 society with such rising population with D-17 competing with it.

B-17 the other corner with such high development standards having the population someone on this forum were claiming it is 2%. It will rise gradually not overnight and on the other side this G-15 crappiest trash can will be crossing the figure of 50% to 60% to 70%.

You may have came across the idiom i dont know exactly but it is somewhat "Khaali Dabaa zaida shor machata hai".

Its the marketing strategy of Such brands to market their product. Massive TV campaigns, Print Media, Billboards to attract common people to sell their product with very high promising future.
