Whats going on in G-13? I mean why is asking prices of plots in G-13 increasing day by day?

There is a slight increase in Prices and it is not unusual this price raise occurs in all societies when number of houses increases in the area.

G-13 currently is the last sector of Islamabad, i don't see G-14 developed any soon.
Zone 1.
And i aggree G-14 is last sector of Zone 1 but again until and unless it gets developed, likewise G-12 Mehrabadi is also a CDA sector.
