I've been noticing real estate trends of buying and selling since few years, as if i focus on faisalabad region, eden garden and even valley have progressed alot, it's prices increases alot... Sitara sapna city increases astonishingly,
And as long as present is concern, rates of plots and houses has stabilized now in faisalabad ..
And now citi housing scheme is here..
So i want to ask seniors that what will the future buying n selling trend in faisalabad around for next 5 years.
And also will that 0.6% tax impacts on real estate???
Please put light on this..
