I want to buy an apartment in Islamabad with in a week. But before that I need one information. What's the law for flats in Islamabad by CDA in case any building falls due to earthquake like Margalla Tower or God forbid if there is a short circuit and the whole building is burnt like Ghakar Plaza.
In these situations land belongs to whom? The builder or CDA or the owners of the building and what's the process to rebuild it? Please I need concrete documentary rules and regulations regarding it what is written in CDA's laws I want to buy apartment where I can get good rent.
