Just imagine getting 5 kanals worth of land at the price of less than one kanal with very good development standards, boundary wall, top of the line security and IT arrangements, university and 5-6 km distance from Wah Cantt (known as the educational capital of Pakistan).
The distance from Islamabad is roughly 50 km from 0-Point; and Islamabad has already expanded very close to Orchards. You see, schemes like AWT and Wapda Town are a few minutes drive from Orchards. But in Orchards you can buy a super-sized plot.
After some years, Islamabad will keep expanding to reach this scheme for sure. Then imagine how much your 5 kanal will be worth?

I totally agree with the comments of Paki-1, it has very bright future... The value will increase gradually with time... So, in my view is medium to long term investment...
