What is the current situation of topcity-1, block-E.

In last month of feb, 2021 the prices suddenly increased to 80 lack for 10 marla plot in topcity-1, block-e. Presently in the month of march, it has dropped to 70 lack or even less than that.

What is the reason and what is expected in april. Someone was saying that topcity-1 don't have land for block-E.

What is the problem....?

Dear Arif Rashid,

There is court case regarding land of TC.New date is 20th of March.Let's see what court decide.case between landowners and TC management.One more case against TC management that they show more land in papers but at ground they don't have this much land at ground.
