Should we invest in B 17, 30 x 60 plot in block E. Please guide what should be a reasonable buying price and is it the right time to buy?
By looking at the available B-17 properties on Zameen.com, you can check the current asking sale price. About the reasonable cost, you have to follow the market rate. And the right time for investing here can be determined by looking at the pace of development in this sector. Sector B and C have lately experienced reasonable price hikes and it looks like the focus would now shift to other sectors.
@Pace of development looks ok as far as e block is concerned. D block seems stuck up due to non possession. Asking price is anything between 25-33 for e block. My concern is that will i get atleast 15 % return in 6 months time?
Yes I think it is the ideal time to buy a plot in B17E block. But there is a possible issue regarding Bait Ul Maal land in some streets so you should check it anyway. Avg 30x60 in E block would cost you about 25-28 lakhs and a good location corner plot might be around 32 lakhs.

Wait for some more time, B-17 prices are on decreasing trend.E-block still expensive to buy let the prices to come down near 20-22 lacs of average location plot and then u can purchase.
@Junaid and Tanoli Sb , thx for good piece of advice from both of u . Personally i dont think prices will fall to 20-22 level. 26 seems to be the minimum dip in locations near markaz , that too if it is not Bait ul maal area.
