Dear sir,
I used to live saudia arabia i worked so hard in many companies and earns good money, we are 4 brothers my father bought 3 house in pakistan and some land. My father never earned any single pessa in his life because he have some medical problem. Know im in pakistan my one brother he i married and lives in dubai with his family and one brother also married lives in saudia with his family one small brother also lives he is 14 year old lives with my father and mother in saudia arabia. I left saudia because my visa and time period finshed i spend 14 years in saudia , my father said to me that go pakistan i will come there and we will arrange your marrige but know my mother and father here they changed there mind they are giving me threats that we will kick u out from house as i told that i gave all money to my father he have bank account in pakistan like joint family.
One more thing we have 2 sisters they also married lives in saudia with my fathers rented house know my mother totally changed her mind i have nothing here tottally hope less what can i do know. My 2 brothers they are happy with there family and busy. Please let me know what can i do? Please help me.
Naa baab bara naa bahiaa…sab say bara rupyia…hence proved…bro look like you earned your home in hevan…you should use complete set of receipts of foreign remittances sent to your father as a proof and keep them under a bit of pressure for a legal action to return money…
If you have some funds like 3-5 lacs try to go back to saudi arabia on open tranferable visa. As you have 14 years of experience you can easily get a good job there.
Try negotiating with your parents and settle the matter somehow internally rather than a dispute because after all they are your parents.
Otherwise the suggestion by Million$$$ has good weight. You can use proof of your foreign remittances which were used to buy any property in Pakistan to pressurize them or may pursue legal action. However, legal matters relating to land or property takes too much time in Pakistan, can take as long as a decade but depends upon the scenario.
