What is minimum covered area requirement?

Dear all

Please tell me the minimum covered area requirement for a residential plot in islamabad? E.G if a plot is 1800 sq feet, how much area should be constructed at least in terms of percentage? For private as well as cda sectors?

For private, there’s no minimum requirement. I guess you’re planning to build less rooms to make more room for lawn which is a good idea. Let the expert comment, I’ve subscribed in a hope to learn more about rules and regulations. Good luck!

Thanks Kiani, you are right… I am thinking of 50-60% covered area and the rest lawn, parking etc…
