I have a plot in WAPDA Town Islamabad in block B, they have started to give possession block B once full payment of the plot has been made. Can anyone please tell me what is the future of WAPDA Town Islamabad?
I have the same question but about D and A block.... I've heard some interchange is being build and the price jump can be seen in past month..... Any ideas on what can be the expected price of 10 marla in jan 2014..

If you compare it to Wapda town Lahore i would say even though beautiful the prices would be rather slow. People would buy some might even dwell but still that will take a long long time…
Wait for few months, once the interchange will be operational, the prices will certainly improve. In Sha Allah.

You may be right but the location of WAPDA town Islamabad is very far from main Islamabad, so we can't say a lot about its huge success. Although the prices will appreciate considering the interchange factor.
