Seeing some selling ad with plots in bahria town phase-8 rawalpindi saying confirm club city etc stuff.
Can someone explain what is it?

I have seen couple of selling ads for plots in sector C saying "confirm Club City"..... I am not sure if people are crazy for club city---- is it something better than other blocks of BT-8?
It seems like a buzz word there - not sure what's the story behind.
All I know about club city is that it consists of larger plots that I was told were given away for free to bureaucrats, judges etc to buy influence.
@Arshad sb, larger plots of size 2 kanal are already available in other sectors such as overseas sector-3. I think there could be more into Club City than the large sized plots.
