What are the prospects of investment in b-17, f-17 & g-15 by now?

Things have been changed over the period of time.
I need to know about the prospects of investment in b-17, f-17 & g-15 by now ?

Which sectors are better and which one of them is a better residential area in terms of location, development and maintenance?

G-15 is much better in above options, because the new Islamabad airport is close to complete and hopefully will be functional by the end of this year. So i aspect prices will increase in G-15 specially because of its location.

2nd thing G-15 is well populated sector in above all this option with all enmities,While B-17 and F-17 far behind in this.

The most attractive thing about G-15 is its location close to GT road and motorway and i hope soon it will get access from KH.

The good things in G-15 you will find hundred of geniun buyers and B-17 is mostly occupied by dealers .

I will go for G-15 with your requirements.

Please note new airport shall effect all Phase 2 in coming future so no need to worry.

Refer to location all three are good G-15 is on GT road, B-17 is also on GT road, F-17 on Fateh Jang Road all are close to Motor way .

Refer to Development B-17 and F-17 development is far better than G-15. Just visit JKCHS office and see how management tackles its resident’s especially civil team. G-15 is so good that they even sold parks to their investors. Commercial area is totally mess.

Refer to maintenance, again you are suggested to visit the site and then form your opinion.

One more thing F-17 is a gated community, means proper gated i.e. Supported by a boundary wall. B-17 and G-15 are barrier sectors.

Soon B-17 shall get access from Margalla Road too :-), for G-15 and G16 access to KH am listening this story since 10 years.

I have a plot in F-17 and in my recent visit, i have found F-17 better than G-15 and other nearby societies.

I visited these societies and here are my observation:

B-17: Its Taxila. Its more nearer to Taxila then Islamabad. Development of Block-A is good but probably it will take much more time to reach to a convincible status for buyers.

F-17: Slightly better than B-17 but approach is a bit poor.

G-15: The only approach is from polluted and congested GT Road (Tarnol) and a bit poorly maintained

F-17 has double the rate of B-17 and G-15 has double the rate of F17.

so these three has not such direct comparison

and these are not in same locality, then why comparing these?

MAS, Be happy with Zone 2, in a few years’ time, you will be looking for plots on the other side of Motorway…!

Really junaid bhai! Zone-2 itni jaldi fill ho jay ga. Still a lot of places vacant. I guess to go on other side of motorway still 10 years ahead.

Ali, I think sooner than 10 years… People have no option but to build in Zone 2 as there are not many options left in Zone 1 and Zone 2 is the sister of Zone 1.
