What about the rates of g13 nd d12 islamabad after budget 2013-14,nd what can we predict the property rates in nearby future?

Future is looking good for g-13 as budget has been allocated for a main commercial center in i-12…Funds have been allocated for police station in g-13…Since g-13 is actually slowly becoming part of main islamabad i see prices going up in near future…

@ rizwan ,sir but the prices in d 12 are still very high and out of reach for a common man,and what do you sujjest from investment point of view in d 12,will rates increase more ?Or is it the limit ?

@ hayat ,thats good to hear that news for g 13,but what will u sujjest realty market as a whole,i mean the recent budget dsnt favour the realty market to grow more,all those taxes and etc,in this position i dnt think that property prices wud increase mre before the end of this year,

Fahad, thank you for your kind attributes. E-12 is the better option for investment because once it gets developed, its prices will come very close to d-12. The only question is when it will be developed. I cannot say i know the answer but people are hopeful that the new govt will do something. In fact only. Allah knows best.

Pk1 thanks for ur advice ,plz also guide us that is the current period for selling or for buying,nd if i wnt to sell a plot in g 13 then shud i wait for 2 to 3 mnths or shud sell immediately ,as people have different thoughts now a days about realty market ,is there any dip in prices following the budget news and taxes?

@ fahad…Well you can ask some real estate agent about the plot in g-13…But what is actually the first thing you see in a property…It is location…Remember property prices can change but the location does not…G-13 has an excellent location right next to universities and main governmental offices and as soon as the above developments take place…It is an excellent location to offer for rent…Its price might improve next year…But this is my opinion it is better to consult a real estate expert for that…

Dear fahad, i support Hayat's suggestion, keep ur plot in g-13 its a great option. Dont sell or buy for the flavor of it. G-13 is an excellent option. Keep it.
