What about the rates of G-13 and D-12 Islamabad after budget 2013-14 and what can we predict the property rates in nearby future?
Dear fahad jalil Before elections rates and sale purchase was very high in above mentioned sectors. After election sale purchase become slow due to which prices came down or stuck on a point. Prices will remain same or may be a bit less for next 2 months after ramadan or on the safe end after september there will be again a rise in g 13 or d 12 inshallah
Prices are stagnant from almost last 4 to 5 monthd but as syed sb mentioned property will gain momentum after ramadan.
Very Rite, Prices will increase soon after Eid as people come from abroad and they purchase Real Estate. Seconldy, another good news for FGEHF is that CDA is starting to build roads and parks in G-13 which will increase the prices again.
@ nasir sb…sir what about the roads od g-14/4??are they also going to develop it as g-14/4 is always equally treated…
@ Saadi, I don’t have any idea regarding the development in G-14/4, i am actually myself in the process of building two small houses for my family in G-13, so therefore, i have to visit G-13 almost daily, i met some guys of CDA in last days of Ramadan, they were cleaning the roads, and i met them and asked them as if they were from CDA or Housing Foundation and after chatting for sometime, i knew that CDA wil start carpetting roads and will develop the parks after Eid, i am looking foreward to it as there will be a jump in prices and i guess if they are starting work in G-13, G-14 will also be done but now now, as they said they will start development from the G-12 green belt where we can see illegal occupants on the boundary of Mehra Badi.
