Well from what I know F-17 MPCHS has a good future it is gated and managed well. The negative point is that it has electricity on poles and not underground! And road you take to get to the community is not very good for now. I mean you have to go through a bad area to enter F-17 but on the whole, it may become a good place to live in after 5+ years because is close to Islamabad.

Now a days 30 x 60 plot is around 25 lac rough estimate plus minus depends on location.
Syed Ibrahim, what would you prefer F-17 or F-15/1 (30x60) based on your experience and future more profit return?

I think so F-15/1 30 x 60 plot will be more profitable as compared to F-17 due to its location plus prices are a bit low as compared to G-15 and it will definitely touch or cross G-15 prices within one year Both options are good but investment wise F-15 will be better this is my personal opinion.

Syed Ibrahim, someone me told that the possession of 30x60 plots in F-15/1 is not available right now. Do u think it still will be good to buy for investmemt even possession is not available? Will the society give possession soon (because no one knows untill plot available on ground)?
