I m overseas Pakistani and have purchased a plot in Wazir Town Rawalpindi next to Gulzar e Quaid through one of my friend 4 years ago, and now I am planning to start house construction called my friend and surprise to know that he has told me that construction is not allowed in Wazir Town and there is some court stay order this plot is my life time’s saving and I am very much tense if someone has any info in this regard, please update.

it's true first time i heard this town name near gulzar e quaid.i am also overseas and i know how we earn money.

I also heard about this town first time, you need to confirm it from the respected authority why their is no possession and you must ask your friend that why he sold you a plot when he knew there were some ambiguities in it, you should ask your friend to give you back your money and take back his plot.
