I am overseas Pakistani and purchased a 6 Marla plot in Wazir Town near to Gulzar e Quaid and Airport Housing Society I have purchased this plot almost 6 years ago and planning to sell it now my questions are.
What is the current price? Should I hold it for more time any chances of further improvement in price and development.

I have not heard of Wazir Town or seen it around there. Where exactly is it and does it have any other name?

Ok it is located next to Airport Society Sector 4 and Lawyers Town. I don’t know the price but should be identical to Sector 4 and lawyers town. As the area gets populated prices should increase further. If you do not have a better investment option or need the money then keep it for a 1 or 2.
