Need your expert views I have one plot in Wapda Town 1kanal I need to know its worth if someone can help me its sector is h3 after grid station near Khalid bridge. How much should I demand for this?
Wapda max price is 90 for 1 kanal and min is 60 lac, so it depend on you , I think you should deal it with in 70-80, depends on you that you settled it in min 70’s or max 70’s because owners knows real worth of plot.
