Dear promotors, dealers and investors of wapda town and cbr phase 2.
What are the ground realities of both of these societies.
I would like to know facts of both, which is better and why?
- both are similar prices range, however, location wise is different and so is development stage?
I am little confused of which society to invest in as both are big brands! Wapda town developed in lahore and highly reputed. CBR developed phase 1 and is also highly reputed.
Any guidance on this subject would be highly appreciated!
Don’t know about CBR society however Wapda Town is the best.
Just because you sell plots in Wapda Town doesn't mean it is the best! Prices have been stagnant for donkeys years! What makes you say they will increase now especially when possession is given and yet prices are still so low!
People expect prices to rise when the house construction process starts but due to poor road access, and water issues it will take a long time to get populated! In that region ECHS or AWT are better but prices are on the higher side due to this!
I am starting to lean towards to CBR Phase II Society as the location is good. They have access via Chakri road, Gijra Road as well access through FOECHS. Plus there are more routes planned for the future! They have a high reputation. Possession is expected in some of the early blocks some time this year! Plus development work is going so when complete, there is lots of scope for investment, as prices are similar to WT but location is better, road access is better, they use similar facilities as FOECHS, I think they use their grid station etc...future looks bright!
That's my views anyway...

Don't be personal,everyone on this forum selling something where they have interest,Just tell me one reputed society's name where u get the possession plot ready for construction in this price.
AWT,ECHS & Wapda Town have the same status,same prices,same access through motorway interchange & u r saying AWT,ECHS are better than Wapda Town ? What a great analysis.

I did mention that is my opinion, nothing personal. WT maybe good in terms of 5 year investment plan as its connected with margalla avenue, which is yet to be be fully developed! But in my opinion after researching thoroughly CBR looks better for short term 2 years.
Sir no problem its okay however pls update ur information about wapda town then u will agree with my opinion & for ur information we have the investments in many societies in Islamabad so why i promote any particular society ?

What are rates of 5 marla in Wapda Town? In different blocks possession blocks and non-possession blocks?
A block with possession 5.50 to 8.50 Lac
D Block without possession 7 to 9 lac.
E block without possession 6 to 7.50 lac
One year ago these prices were 4 to 5 lac Now Kashmiri bhai tell me prices are stagnant ? And in which society u can get 5 marla plot in this price ?
But why are non possession area more expensive than possession area?
Because of their good location & direct access from motorway interchange.
