Please can anyone advice me about Wapda Town Islamabad? What are price in block C and block D for 10 Marla plot?
M also intrestyed. Some one dealing please give idea about 5 marla option also. C d and e blocks. Electricty is overhead ?
Price for 10 marla ranges from 12 to 14 in C and D blocks depending on the location. E block is not recommended. Sale purchase is quite less in E block as compared to other blocks. Same is true for 5 marla plots as they are very limited in number and most of them are in E block.
10 marla plot in C or D block is very good from investment point of view. Prices are increasing day by day. As the interchange opens in AWT, the cost will increase significantly. Underground Electricity, sewerage system and water supply is available in developed blocks. Roads are in very good condition.

Is the installment offer in for E-Block or C & any other good block? Which is good option on installment, 10 Marla or 20 Marla?
They are also offering installments in D block, B and D blocks are the best
Is electrification under ground or overhead ?
Its seems its overhead. Should one apply there ?
I am glad I bought the land in 2014 though it has been a long term investment.
hopefully there will be people moving there soon, I want to build a house to live with family
