Farman sb, you are 100% safe when you buy plot which is available with possession. However, in case of files, the risk factor is always involved. However, looking at past track record of LakeCity, the amount of risk is very minimum. Only Allah SWT best knows about the future.

Mr Khan I appreciate your quick reply. Well truly speaking,the range of the plot is too much high for a middle man person. I think that the prices here at Lahore is too much high.If i talk about Islamabad One of my purchase a plot in University town of 10 Marla of Rs 10 Lack 3 years ago. Now the price of same plot is Rs 15 Lack.
In Lahore i think there is no such way to do investment especially these who are from middle class family.
Farman sb, you are right, prices have increased significantly over the last few years... Even in Islamabad, the prices are very high in reasonable projects... University Town is still termed as a flop project... However, you are lucky to have some profit. I think the price is less than 15 lacs at the moment.
