I need your advise. My relative wants to invest in property in Scheme-33. Someone told him to buy a 240 sq yards plot in Karachi Bar Housing Society in Sector 24-A. Kindly advise the current market price of the said society and is it feasible to buy property there and what are the chances of prices going up in that society.
