Want to buy plot for residence purpose in Rawalpindi/Islamabad need advice which house society is best for residence point of not for investment.My budget is 1 million for plot.

1. Bahria town phAse 8
2. B-17
3. Airport housing society sector 4 4.Soah garden.

If distance is not a matter for you then Bahria phase 8 is a good option developed plus populated investment wise b 17 is good option as in future Margalla avenue will connect B-17 direct to D 12.
