I want to start the property business in lahore. Now i am looking for a plot, to be able to construct home after 2-3 years. I want to know what size of plot should i buy. Where should i buy. My goal is to buy in an area where i can get good capital gains/value growth in next 2-3 years and by that time the demand of homes in that locality should be hot. My budget for purchasing plot is 50-60 lacs. In addition to that what’s the pros and cons of home constructing and selling business. Thanks in anticipation of valuable suggestions.
