I would recommend you to wait for some more time before buying. Price of 1 Kanal plot in Bahria Residencia is 5500000 on installments, down payment is 800,000/- and then you have to pay quarterly installments. The profit on Residencia plots last week increased from 1 lac to 13 Lac, they were being traded on 2100000 which included 800000 down payment, still open forms, yesterday, i came to know that profit has dropped back again to 500000, rate will come down more, so wait for another week and you will get a file in minimal profit or may be cost to cost.
Residencia has a very nice location, where in Phase 8, Garden City plots are touching 85-1 crore, Residencia plots are still cheap and good location wise, the prices tend to increase in future.
