Want to buy a plot within 25 lac. Is an 8 Marla plot in Bahria Enclave a good option?
I have heard that development work is in full swing. NOC from CDA is not granted yet but in future if NOC is given, prices will go up.
Are there any negative sides of Bahria Enclave?
Bahria Enclave is a good option if you want to construct that and want to live there as development standard of Bahria is always very high however investment wise cant say that it will be very good as Bahria purchased land uptill Simly dam they will launch new sectors in future.
