I want to know what is the current status in e-12 ? Is it good time to invest ?
I also want to buy a plot and make a house in islamabad so i can sell it and earn some proffit, can anyone suggest me where should i buy it. I only have 10 million at all.
Buy a 10 marla plot in dha 2 and spend rest of the money on construction…That would be the best option.You may also buy a 1 kanal plot in dhA PHASE 2 SECTOR k,l,m and spend rest of the money somewhere else…Do not even think of investing in E-12.

Sir land is not acquired,what else you can expect from cda…Why to go for that non possession piece of land when you have many excellent options available in same budget…
E-12 is strongly not recommended, G-13 is another good option if you want to remain CDA, otherwise DHA 2, Naval Anchorage, Bahria are good options.
