We are constructing our home in the walled city lahore. In front of our home there is a 10 ft street. First during construction my neighbor did not allow us to extend our home from first floor. Now when we are trying to put the shades on the top of windows which are towards the street he is threatening us he will bring the court stay etc. I want to know my legal position. Who is right and i also need the advice. Thank you very much.
