Asalam o alaikum. I have 8 to 9 million budget for purpose of buying a 10 marla 35 70 plot. Planning to construct single story house and move in right away as rents are high these days. Kindly suggest where should I buy. Shalimar town vs faisal town vs f17 vs f15 vs g16 with pros and cons. Currently residing in g13 and looking for a place with somewhat similar community in the future . Waiting anxiously and jazak Allah khariaan brothers in advance

Not an expert - F15 has problems of water supply, LOP is unapproved, Streets are in miserable condition, security problems, Poor access from GT road
G16 has better streets, Poor access from GT road
F-17 is a much better society but a little far away… Poor access from tarnol phatak
F-18 again a great society - access is not great but soon eighteen interchange will be built and it will be a great place to live in

Agree regarding f15, g16 and f17…
Regarding faisal town that Interchange seems a far fetch reality for faisal town, as there is a great area between faisal town and SH… while faisal town attracts… What are the pros of shalimar town?
As apprroach wise both shalimar and faisal are same

Not sure but it’s a very small society with reasonable pricing but the access, as far my knowledge goes, is after crossing motorway chowk. Eighteen interchange is approved but since shalimar town lies on other side of fateh jhang road - I would not go for it.
