A.O.A.. Hope everyone is fine..
Dear all. My issue is that the house in which i m living is under the name of my father, chachoo( fathers brother) and my grandmother.Now the issue is that my father and my grandmother died. Now the only lefts is my father's brother. He is ready to give this house to me and register it under my name. But please tell me how it will come to me? I mean the overall procedure, how many peoples can claim it for this house ? Waiting for your help.
