LOL F 17 is on very hard rock and for some plots excavation blasting may ve needed. Availbility of under ground water is also an issue and you are saying totally oposite. Do some research before starting discussion
agar kisi ko yakeen nahi hai tu khud visit kar sakta hai. Basement total flop hai, dpc bhi mushkil hai, f17 ke log kehte hain keh garmiyun main pani 1ft par ajata hai
