I want to buy 50x90 plot in sector g-16 can some one comment on the future of this sector. Moreover which subsector of G-16 is best and what are the prices in each subsector. Looking forward for your valued comments please....

G-16 4 & 3 are somehow good but I would not recommend u last area of g 16 1 or 2 as land issues are there and will not solve soon.There is a big village in g 16 1, Society purchased some land in g 16 but they are not able to clear there land in g 16 1 so if u have some other good option for investment consider that.
Visited the site office of Interior Ministry society almost exactly where they will make the connection to Kashmir Highway. They said, NOC has been obtained and they will soon construct the connection to K-highway. But soon means when?
As soon as this Rd-connection is made, prices in JKCHS and Interior will take a boost.
