I want to sell or rent out a commercial building size 10 marla 39 sq feet, located at 92 Ravi Road Lahore opposite Shell Pump and near to Allied Bank and macro... want to know its actual value for rent or sale.

Front 30 feet and length 80... basement and a ground floor.

I currently don't have any pic. It was previously used as a hospital, solid constructed owner built.. It certainly requires some renovation and was constructed in 1992. If you are keen, feel free to contact me.
