Dear sir aoa, recently the topcity 1 housing scheme has imposed utility charges 3 lacs for 10marlas and 5 lacs for kanal, which will be paid in one year on instalment. Previously thier development charges were 3 lacs for 10 m and then enhanced to 5 lacs. Sir it is very unjust to receive huge utility charges. Plz guide us in this case.
