Dear sir,
Hope you are well and keeping safe. I am a regular reader of your blogs and have been benefiting from the details you provide and would like to appreciate the good work being done.
As you know, pre-fabricated materials are being used worldwide (particularly in china) for construction of houses and high rise buildings, thus reducing the cost and time to complete the projects. This trend has not really caught up in pakistan and neither are any details available of the options.
Would be grateful if you could kindly educate us on this aspect, highlighting the reason why it is not being adopted here in pakistan.
Thanks & regards

Pakistan is always a little delayed in adoption of technology due to introduction delays and skills required for new technologies also our people are not confident on trying something unknown to them
Dear Mubeen Malik Sb,
Thanks for your kind response. Kindly do share if you come across any piece of information on the subject, please.
Regards
Zulfiqar
I will let you know. I have architects and civil engineers in the family. Will consult and post.
Pre-Fabricated materials like bathrooms and concrete slabs etc. Cost a lot more than on-site fabrication. This method is used to reduce the time for rush projects with increased cost.
This technology or method or installation is not rare, its just not feasible for house construction.
