My budget to buy plot is 25 lac max. And I intend spending another 25 to build a small 3 bed house. Can you suggest some particular area in or near cantt for this purpose, please.

Yaqub check this one in particular ..its a little over the budget but this much can be adjusted i guess. Moreover there is always a little room for negotiation with the seller.

Nadirabad is way too crowded and despite being part of Cantonment, THE CANTT FACTOR is missing there. You can find a good 5-marla plot in Green Avenue Housing Society, so i suggest you consider that.
