I am goining to finalize a plot deal in f-15/1 under jkchs. Today seen following warning on cda site:

Not approved yet, most of the land isn’t acquired. Only go for plot with possession or cutting.
Possession letter has already been issued by JKCHS and i have copy of possession letter. Said plot is situated in f-15/1 (35-70).
Can u tell the street ?
No issues in possession area of F-15/1.
As per my suggestion if you have possession letter, its good investment
Street no. 27, f-15/1 near F-15/1 markaz . It is a corner plot. Pls help
2ndly what is meant by the term "provisional transfer of allotment" as it has been mentioned on said transfer letter

Go ahead very fine investment. The society has already placed the blue DB's in streets before F-15 markaz. Possession is being offered in August - September this year. Plus you are having a cornor and that too margalla or we can say it zone-1 facing.
But do check the physical condition of the plot.
