Can you please shed some light on upvc windows. Are they any better compared to aluminium windows. Which are more economical and provide better insulation?

UPVC provide better heat and sound insulation in particular if the UPVC is double glazed meaning that it has two glasses in the frame separated by air in the cavity.
What about cost? is it cheaper than aluminium?

it depends what you want,if you're looking for energy efficiency and better insulation,upvc is best.
If you want less expensive,long lasting windows and don't worry about energy efficiency,then aluminium windows are probably what you want.

durability of upvc windows is maximum 25 years then aluminium have long lasting life upto 60 years
Aluminium windows have a wide range of designs and sizes of thiknes then upvc.

All prices deppend on design and job location.
If you want some verity of design and discounted prices then go to lahore near to rachna town bus stop there is a factory named nasar pvc windows.
Location is 2,3 km from lahore toll plaza
Any idea of sqft rate in lahore, if go with simple design.

If you're looking for energy efficiency and better insulation then upvc is good but if you consider design or look then Aluminium is good for you.
Decision is yours as per you requirements and interest.
