I have bought plot at g11 isbad 1000sq.
For 5crore and i will finish my house in 2015
Building will cost me 3.2 crore total =8.2crore.Now these months the intrest rates have been to the downside rupee is getting stronger oil price slashed core economy figures are getting nice.Now can i gett a profit when i try to sell my investment in 2015. Thanks salimnawaz
Interest rates has nothing to do with such property venture. Rupee also has no direct effect. I am sure you will get profit if your buying of plot is at good rates. Design and luxury matters a lot in such houses. Also, such expensive plot should have very good quality material used. Principle is that if you spend less on expensive plot, it will reduce your margin. If you spend a lot on cheap plot and location, your margin will also be reduced.
Best thing is to have an optimum use of money on construction according to plot nature.
If I am in your place, I would hire a very good architect as buyer of such properties are very style conscious.
